Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Hayax, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their abaya purchases. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within [24 hours] of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9121234329. A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and apply for a return.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: We accept returns only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Timeframe: You must raise a return request within [3 days] of receiving your order.
Conditions: The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and securely packed in its original packaging with all tags intact.
